We hope that you enjoy everything you have ordered from us, but if something is not quite the way you'd like it you can always return your order within 14 days of receiving the order. We will give you a refund for any returned products that are returned in the same condition as it was in upon the delivery. If any items have been damaged and the value of the item has reduced, we will make a deduction on the refunded amount corresponding to the value of the damage.

If you have decided to make a return you need to contact us and include your name and order number. Please do so under the Contact page in the menu above!

We will deduct 79 SEK from the order value because of shipping.

We will pack and send your order within 3 working days after your purschase.

The water bottles are safe to use in the dishwasher, but we recommend washing them by hand for the best result.

Small white spots might appear on the bottles if you wash them in the dishwasher, depending on the program of choice and the temperature. Don't worry if that happens, it is most likely just residue from the soap and/or minerals from the water.

To remove these spots, boil some water and carefully pour it over the outside of the water bottle. Wipe off all water after with a soft towel. If the spots do not disappear after your first try, repeat the process once more.
